The goals of Son Lee Taekwondo with the students are to incorporate stronger discipline and respect, self-confidence and self-defense. All of which will lead the students to success in their lives and the martial arts. The commitment of the school to the students is to directly influence them as a positive role model. The requirement from the students is to be consistent in their training and to learn patience, which contributes to more successful concentration skills, thus leading to better grades in school, as well as being healthier and more successful in future endeavors.
